HOW TO BE A BALLER!!!! & BALLERS THAT FLY I started to play ball when I was around seven and my dad was the first one who took me to the basketball court. He taught me a little about shooting, but it was my uncle who taught me the basics. My uncle got me prepared to play organized ball by teaching me lay-ups,how to dribble, how to play defense,etc...With that knowledge I'm going to teach you the basics. In order to play ball you have to practice because practice makes perfect. You just don't want to go out to the court and make a fool out yourself.First you must go out there and practice yourself, with a friend, family member or a coach. The best way to start out playing ball is to go to a basketball trainig camp, but if you don't have the $ to do that follow these tips. . Go to a court everyday if you have the time and practice shooting everyday. 2. Practice dribbling with one hand and after you learned how to do that practice dribbling with the opposite hand you write with. 3. You could be the best offensive player in the world, but if you don't have defense you have nothing. To play defense on a person you're guarding you must bend your knees half way and shuffle your feet side to side. Also when guarding a person who's fast and moves a lot you must look at their waist.He/she can't go nowhere without his/her's waist so once you follow their waist you're with them the whole time. When the person you're guarding stop moving ther waist that means he/she is about to shoot or pass.If the person you're guarding leans in to you when he/she is about to shoot stand still with your hands staight so you can take the charge. If he/she is not leaned in to you when he/she is about to shoot, jump right after the person shoots and try to hit the ball. That concludes my basic tips on how to be a baller, but check out my tips on the other hobbies I do.I'm not a professional baller, but I no the basics.

For those of ya'll who don't know, to flow is to rap,so now you know. I starting rapping when I was about nine.I was inspired by the hip-hop and rap music I listened to on the radio.Much love to HOT 97 which is a station in N.Y. that keeps it live. Also much love to KISS F.M. which is another station that holds it down in N.Y..I'm just about fourteen and so it has been about five years I been rappin' I'm not a pro,so I can't give you a lot of info..But I know a little something,so I could give you a little tips. 1.Practice makes perfect 2.Store words that rhyme in your head, because a rapper is not a rapper if he/she can't freestyle or write their own lyrics. 3.Once you did step 2 you're ready to start making basic songs. When you first start making songs start off with basic words that rhyme, like cat and hat. 4.After you complete baby songs you're ready to use words and things that you use everday in your lyrics. 5.If you could store words in your head then you could freesyle.Freestyle is the highest level of rapping. It might take a while to be good like "Snopp Dogg",but don't be discourage because Im not that good myself. 6.Always feel confident about your rhymes. 7.You can't rap regular, you got to make the audience hype.Rap your own style, but put a little enery into your raps like "JA RULE" does. I hope ya'll take my advice.Even though my rap needs a little work itself, follow these steps and you'll see a big change. HOW TO FLOW & HOT RAPPERS
